CENTRAL REGISTRATION

 

FOR

ALL STUDENTS

FOR THE

2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR

 

WILL BE HELD AT EAST ALTON MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM

 

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 8

7:30 A.M. until 12:30 P.M.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 9

11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M.

 

Parent or Responsible Adult Must Register Student.

Students Need Not Be Present.

 

$10.00 for K through 5^th Grade Students

$15.00 for 6^th through 8^th Grade Students

 

Proof of Residency is required for all students in the District.

Birth Certificates are required for all new students.

 

- FIRST DAY EXCLUSION   -

All health records, including Physical and Immunizations, must be turned in for Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th and all new students. 

Your child cannot start school without these records turned in to the school nurse.
