School & sports physicals will be done at the Rox Arena July 17, 2008 from 1-6 pm. All grades/ages will be seen. Immunizations will be offered - bring your child's current immunization record.
Physicals $25 CASH ONLY
Immunizations with exam $6
A parent/guardian is required to attend.
