Anderson Hospital & the Goshen Rotary Club will be sponsoring free physicals for children of families in special need in Kindergarten, 6th & 9th grades on Saturday August 8, 2009 at the Anderson Hospital Outpatient Center. Pediatricians, a dental exam, eye test & hearing test will be available. Immunization assistance will be available. Optional fingerprinting will also be offered.
