Today is your last day to register for our SIHF Mobile clinic tomorrow! Call 618-463-0680 to register.
The SIHF Mobile Health Clinic for School Physicals is on July 31st. This event is by appointment only! Call to pre-register and make an appointment. School physicals, sports physicals, and immunizations will be available. Physicals are required for all incoming kindergarten, 6th grade, 9th grade and all athletes.
