East Alton Elementary School District #13 intends to enter into a Performance Contract as defined by the Illinois School Code 105 ILCS 5-Article 19b. East Alton Elementary School District Board of Education intends to take action on the Performance Contract at their February meeting at 6:00 pm, Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at the East Alton Middle School Professional Development Room, 210 E. St. Louis Avenue, East Alton, Illinois 62024.

The purpose of the contract is to provide the implementation of energy equipment and repair, modernization, maintenance, and training services at the Schramm Education Center building on a performance contracting basis as defined by the Illinois School Code 105 ILCS 5-Article 19b.

The Board of Education may elect to implement further improvement measures in phases pursuant to the contract. The work to be included in the contract may include upgrades to or replacement of equipment included in, but would not be limited to, the following systems: HVAC, mechanical, roof, doors, windows, foundation, and lights.
