The SIHF Mobile Health Clinic for School Physicals is on July 31st. This event is by appointment only! Call to pre-register and make an appointment. School physicals, sports physicals, and immunizations will be available. Physicals are required for all incoming kindergarten, 6th grade, 9th grade and all athletes.

Need a school or sports physical for your child? EA13 is hosting a health clinic in partnership with SIHF on July 31st from 9am-4pm at Eastwood. Appointments and pre-registration are required. Call 618-463-0680 for more information and to reserve your spot


If your child is headed to kindergarten in August, please consider sending them to our Jump Start program at Eastwood. It’s a great opportunity for them to see the building, meet the teachers, and learn about kindergarten!

Ms. Baker says Elsie is a wonderful example of integrity! She is always honest and is someone that will tell the truth about what happened. She is always doing the right thing at school. Elsie is always respectful, responsible, and safe. Way to go, Elsie!


Mrs. Naylor and Mrs. Green say they chose Bella for integrity because she has all the qualities of an outstanding student who always does the right thing. She is respectful and kind to her peers. She is responsible in the classroom by staying on task and completing all of her assignments. She always gives her best effort and is quick to help other students. She is a trustworthy student to have in our classroom. They know that she will continue this into 3rd grade! Way to go, Bella! We are so proud of you!


Mrs. Campbell says their class would like to nominate Joyace for our outstanding oiler of integrity. Joyace shows integrity by showing kindness and respect to others. She does the right thing when no one is watching her. She works hard and perseveres in hard times. You can count on Joyace to be honest and trustworthy. She is respectful and responsible inside and outside of the classroom. She has been a true joy to have in class, and Mrs. Campbell is so lucky she got to be her teacher this year. Ms. Bee says she is a wonderful student and has loved working with her as well. Keep up the great work, Joyace. We are so proud of you.


Eva is Ms. Whiteford and Ms. Bee’s Outstanding Oiler of Integrity. The definition of integrity is some one who is honest and upstanding. Eva can always be counted on to meet this definition. She always tells the truth, is kind and caring to her classmates and teachers, works hard to get her work done, and is an excellent example of school and classroom expectations! They have loved having Eva in their class this year and they know she will continue to be an outstanding oiler in our school!
