The school year is flying by and it’s already time to start preparing for our Fall Parent Teacher Conferences.
East Alton District 13 Fall Parent-Teacher Conference Schedule
Tuesday, November 4th and Thursday, November 6th
We use an online program to sign up for the conference time that works best for you. You will be able to quickly see what times are still available and select that time slot. If you have more than one child, you will be able to select multiple teachers from the same program.

2. Select the teacher(s) you would like to schedule a conference with and submit.
3. Enter your student’s name, your name and an active email address and submit.
***YOU ARE NOT DONE YET***
4. You will receive an email from PTCFast.com
5. The email will contain a link for you to click to select your conference times.
6. Select your time then either confirm and exit (if you are done) or register for additional classes (if you have more conferences to set up).
7. You will receive a confirmation email from PTCFast.com after your registration process is complete.

Mrs. Woodruff nominated Kyree for the Oiler of Respect. Kyree stands out as a shining example of respect. He listens carefully when others are speaking, always waits his turn to talk, and uses polite language with classmates and teachers. Katrina is the Outstanding Oiler of Respect for Ms. Jones' class. She consistently demonstrates kindness, courtesy, and thoughtfulness in all that she does. Harper consistently shows kindness to others and looks for thoughtful ways to make classmates smile each day. Matthew is Mrs. Kribs' class Outstanding Oiler of September. Mrs. Kribs says Matthew does a great job following directions. He is a perfect example of a whole body listener by using his watching eyes, listening ears, quiet voice, and calm body at all times during instructional learning. She consistently demonstrates responsibility and respect, whether she is working independently, collaborating with a group, or playing outside.
