The school year is flying by and it’s already time to start preparing for our Fall Parent Teacher Conferences.
East Alton District 13 Fall Parent-Teacher Conference Schedule
Tuesday, November 4th and Thursday, November 6th
We use an online program to sign up for the conference time that works best for you. You will be able to quickly see what times are still available and select that time slot. If you have more than one child, you will be able to select multiple teachers from the same program.

2. Select the teacher(s) you would like to schedule a conference with and submit.
3. Enter your student’s name, your name and an active email address and submit.

4. You will receive an email from PTCFast.com
5. The email will contain a link for you to click to select your conference times.
6. Select your time then either confirm and exit (if you are done) or register for additional classes (if you have more conferences to set up).
7. You will receive a confirmation email from PTCFast.com after your registration process is complete.

Ms. Lee chose Neveah to be the Outstanding Oiler. She is an outstanding student in kindergarten. She is a great leader, always participating in class, and comes to school ready to learn.
Jackson is Mrs. Brueggemann’s class Outstanding Oiler. Jackson is always a great example of how to sit and learn in class. He keeps his eyes on the teacher and follows directions
Emma is Mrs. Jarden- Cranmer’s Outstanding Oiler. Emma is a wonderful student and friend. She listens to her teacher and friends. She is on task and eager to learn and even though she is very quiet, she will speak up when someone needs help. Emma is a model student and I am so proud of her!

Mrs. Woodruff nominated Kyree for the Oiler of Respect. Kyree stands out as a shining example of respect. He listens carefully when others are speaking, always waits his turn to talk, and uses polite language with classmates and teachers. Kyree treats everyone with kindness, helps others without being asked, and sets a positive tone during group work. His respectful attitude helps create a classroom where everyone feels valued and heard.
Mrs. Hinnen nominated Lyndzey for the Outstanding Oiler of Respect. Lyndzey is new to our district this year, and we are SOO happy to have her!! She is a role model for respect!! We are so excited to have her this year. She is respectful to herself, others, and things around her. We are excited to see what else she will accomplish this school year.
Katrina is the Outstanding Oiler of Respect for Ms. Jones' class. She consistently demonstrates kindness, courtesy, and thoughtfulness in all that she does. Whether listening attentively to others, speaking with a positive and polite tone, or treating classmates and teachers with fairness and care, Katrina shows what it truly means to value and respect those around her. Her actions create a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported and included. I am proud to recognize Katrina for setting such a wonderful example of respect for others to follow.
Harper was nominated by Mr. Dorsey's class as this month’s Outstanding Oiler of Respect! I couldn’t agree more with my students’ choice. Harper consistently shows kindness to others and looks for thoughtful ways to make classmates smile each day. She is always willing to lend a hand and demonstrates respect in both her words and actions. Harper sets a wonderful example for what it means to live with respect at school.
Mrs. Wile and Mrs. Hyde selected Lila as the Outstanding Oiler of September. Mrs. Hysde says Lila listens carefully to others and always participates in class. She isn’t afraid to share her ideas or ask questions, even if she’s unsure. Lila’s curiosity and willingness to speak up make our classroom a positive and friendly place.
Matthew is Mrs. Kribs' class Outstanding Oiler of September. Mrs. Kribs says Matthew does a great job following directions. He is a perfect example of a whole body listener by using his watching eyes, listening ears, quiet voice, and calm body at all times during instructional learning. Matthew is always doing what he is supposed to be doing, even when no one is watching. Mrs. McBride and Mrs. Kribs are so proud of Matthew and how hard he works in our class!
Ellie has been chosen as Mrs. Staten's Outstanding Oiler for September- Listening. She consistently demonstrates responsibility and respect, whether she is working independently, collaborating with a group, or playing outside. Ellie listens attentively and follows directions the first time, which sets a wonderful example for her classmates. She is always patient, considerate of others’ feelings, and shows respect when her peers are speaking. Ellie’s positive attitude and thoughtful behavior make her a role model in our classroom.
Legennd is Mrs. Arbuthnot's class Outstanding Oiler for September. He works well in group settings and makes many contributions to the group. He is working hard this year on being an example and model for his younger classmates. Also, he is first to help remind his friends on class rules and expectations. We are so proud of how far he has come in just a short amount of time!
Kali is Mrs. Mile's class Outstanding Oiler for September. She demonstrates a positive attitude toward learning. She listens carefully and follows directions. She tries so hard to understand all the concepts that we are teaching. In addition to being a great learner, she treats teachers and her peers with respect. She makes others feel included by taking turns with them. Thank you for making our classroom community a great place, Kali!
Mrs. Naylor and Mrs. Green are proud to nominate Robynn as the Outstanding Oiler for September Listening, Learning, and Speaking Up. Robynn always keeps her eyes on the target and eagerly raises her hand to participate in her learning. She is a model student, someone we can always count on to help others, answer questions, and make positive choices. Her smile and warm hugs brighten our days, and she is a good friend to all, always making sure everyone feels included. Robynn has been such a wonderful addition to our class family, and we are so proud of all that she brings to our classroom each day.
Mrs. Darr chose Macie as the Outstanding Oiler for September- Listening, Learning, and Speaking Up. Macie shines in our classroom by showing strong qualities of listening, learning, and speaking up. She pays close attention when teachers or classmates are sharing. Her eagerness to learn is clear in the way she asks thoughtful questions and makes connections to what she’s already learned. At the same time, she is confident in speaking up to share her own ideas, answer questions, and participate in group discussions. This balance of careful listening, active learning, and clear communication makes Macie a positive role model for her peers and a joy to have in class.
Makiah is Mrs. Wintererg's class Outstanding Oiler of September. Makiah always so respectful in everything she does. She is respectful to herself, others, and property. Her positive attitude makes a big difference in our classroom, and she sets a wonderful example for her peers.We are so lucky to have her in our classroom! Keep doing great things, Makiah!
Mrs. Belloso selected Cora as the Outstanding Oiler of September. Cora is the definition of a respectful student. She listens when others are talking, uses kind words, and treats everyone with care. Cora follows all of the classroom rules and shows empathy by thinking of other people's feelings. She makes our classroom community a better place everyday.
Mrs. Schranck and Ms. Fietsam have chosen Elaina as our Outstanding Oiler for September. Elaina has started the year off with amazing behavior and has been a role model to those around her. Elaina gets started on her classwork assignments right away, works quietly, and is a leader in our classroom. She is often found doing the right thing without reminders. She is respectful to her teachers and her peers by following directions and not distracting those around her during class time. Keep up the great work Elaina!
